The United States government passed the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for the 2019 fiscal year on August 13, 2018 (NDAA 2019). This act specifies the budget, expenditures and policies of the United States Department of Defense. This act prohibits the purchase and use of specific electronic security products manufactured and supplied by specific companies based in China.

We are aware of the NDAA and abide by the stipulations set forth in this NDAA regulation.
